What is your RPM at IDLE on G37X ?

Automatic with gear engage , foot on the brake, running temperature normal, No AC on.

Mine is at 600, but i saw it today, at 800, may be the engine was cold a bit.

Take it in immediately. There is no way your car should idle at 800rpms. If I were you, I would even tow it.
