State w/ No Emissions

This may sound like a noob question... but what advantage do I have over others that do have emission laws in terms of mods?

You can start off by mentioning where you're located lol

I think if you're not in Cali you can get a catback & HFC's.. hell I'm in Dubai and I know haha

I live in Hawaii and we have no emission laws. my truck has dual 45's headers and single chamber flowmaster. My G has stillen exhaust with silencers cut off and i'll add headers and test pipes next. well at least the law enforcement doesn't enforce it.

I'm located in Wichita, KS for now.

Kansas does not have emissions enforcements for motor vehicles. You are not required to have your vehicle tested, and, consequently, no related paperwork is required in order to register your vehicle.

As I recall from my SoCal days, you cannot modify any part of the exhaust system down to the catylitic converter(s). From cat on back, you have to comply with safety and noise rqmnts. So that rules out headers, hfcs. Also, in Cal, you are severly restricted on intake mods. Any intake in California has to be CARB approved to pass the emissions test. If you are in Cal, you are not in Kansas anymore.

Gee... how loud is it now with silencers cut off? Wouldn't it be crazy loud with test pipes added too?
