My previous car was a G35, and I decided to not use Premium thinking that it's a leased car etc. etc. Then about 6 months into the lease, I decided to upgrade on the fuel out of curiosity and I could definitely tell the difference it made to the performance!
There's no going back now ... I don't think my 4 week old G37 will ever taste the lower grade fuel

I don’t understand why you guys are posting on this topic. It’s been covered hundreds of times and to the OP, who is new, is available by doing a search. This is one of those recurring topics, like auto versus manual, how old everyone is, what we do for a living, what color is best, tire size, etc., that popup regularly and are a bit exasperating.

As for the fuel type question, I will never use anything other than 91 or 93 octane in my G. I used to have a car that was supposed to run premium and used the lowest octane and what a mistake! I learned my lesson. Use what the manufacturer says to use, simple as that. If you can't afford it, sell the G and get a Honda.

Sadly, no matter how many times we say "search" this will always be an issue. We can complain all we want about it, nothing will change.

Man, am I getting old!
I guess it is lost on people that the worse the condition of the returned car, the more of a hit that Nissan takes, which in turn is reflected in the price of a new car.
