I don't know about their advice about flushing the brake fluid. If you do it the way they describe, you will bleed the master cylinder dry which is a big PITA. I always keep fluid in the master cylinder, and use the new fluid to flush the old out. It takes more fluid to do this, but it saves any problems with the master cylinder.
