i don't think headers are worth it from what i've seen... idk costs and lot of $$$ and don't get that much from them... unless you really want them go for it

btw what's your purpose for them? louder, gains, cool factor?

Well if anything, i have noticed that those that are recieving decent gains with the Cobb AccessPort are running headers along with HFC's and a cat back.

I don't know why people are saying no one is seeing gains. Everyone one I know that has them has seen gains. I saw 8hp, but more important is the gain in TQ. If you have the cobb AP, then this is a must mod. The total price I paid for mine, with install, was like $900. I think it's worth it, why have exhaust mods, if the gases are bottlenecked at the source?? The stock headers are better then most stock designs, but compared to the stillen headers, the are not as free flowing at all, it's a big difference. Do it

Well i have stillen headers, HFC, Dual exhaust, Gen 2 CAI, and Cobb stage 2 reflash. I have posted results of dynos after each upgrade on intake and exhaust thread. In my opinion, if I had really examined the stock headers on the car I would not have replaced them. The stock headers are equal length and very well designed. The cost of this mod was not worth the gain in hp. Also, if later you want to go FI then it is a complete waste. You should just do the K&N filters,HFC, dual exhaust, and reflash. For the money and HP this is the way to go with the g37 right now. If I had saved that money on the headers and the install ($1350), I would have 33% of the money I need for the volk wheels and new tires for the car. Or i could have gotten some coilovers. So good luck people with your g37's. I love mine, it sounds nasty, looks great and hauls butt for a NA car.
