alright i just started hearing this tonight...with windows up i can hear it and as i slowly accelerate i hear it whining more until the exhaust tone kinda beats it out.

i only have about 2500miles on it wtf is up with this?!?

is there any other signs i should look for to see if this really is a tranny problem?

Low power sterring fluid could also cause the pump to whine. The whining will also vary with RPM. May as well check all the other fluid levels while you are at it.

alright so i came to the conclusion that i will be calling infiniti to get this checked out.

this is what i hear...when the clutch is NOT pressed in, i hear a whining noise when i rev it...if the clutch is pressed in and i rev it, it goes away.

My question is do you guys think infiniti will give me a hard time since i have Stillen Gen. 3's in and Berk HFC's. I will obviously set my car back to stock via my cobb ap also.

hfcs.. maybe... um if you messed with the ECU with the cobb ap then yes they will give you a really hard time... messing with stock ecu will definitely void your warranty... no doubt
