So the 370Z already has engine overheat issue like our G37

It seems like the 3.7L engine has overheat issue if tracking. Nissan is aware of the issue and makes available oil cooler installation.

^ I've hit "limp mode" once on a night canyon run... But ever since I changed to Eneos Fully synthetic I haven't had the issue come up...

If anything, it was the 335 that had overheating problems when tested against the G37.
But I noticed though that our engine DO generate alot of heat I can sometimes feel it when I'm at a drive through and my windows are rolled down.

I thought it was the 335i that overheated at the track during that testing session. That's news to me... The only thing i take to the track is my GSX-R 750 so i'm not too concerned with this.

IDK about over heating issues. I drove the **** out of my car for few hours yesterday during the run and did not even move the temp needle.

In the Engine forum there are some people who have had overheating issues when tracking the car. The limp home mode is trigger by the engine oil overheating. I think some people said they added an oil cooler and it seems to have solved the problem.
