How often do you use ds-sport mode?

How often do you use automatic sport mode? Everyday or only certain circumstances?
How often do you shift manually in automatic mode?
Does sport mode just make the shifts at higher rpms or other sportier features?

I rarely use the DS mode because in never shifts when I want it to and holds the gear too long or downshifts too soon because it assumes I want to drive ***** to wall.
I personally do 70 manual mode and 30 automatic. People may ask why didn't just get a stick then? Simply because of those days when I just want to kick back and relax behind the wheel. I like that flexibility.

sounds diffrent? huh? as far as i know it always sounds the same. i dont see any type of quiker shift times with it or anything like that just holds rpms longer and downshifts sooner that about it but i could be wrong most likely am not wrong

i used manumatic 95% of the time on my 35 since i drive hard. interested in seeing the ds in action though.
i plan on going to track and testing all 4 auto options for the fastest time early next year.

I use it almost daily as needed. I know it very well actually.
When I first tracked it this was my result between the differences in shifting.
1.) Shifting manually w/paddle shifters and stick=slower track times
2.) Regular auto mode=slow track times
3.) DS auto=fastest track times
Summary=when you have it it sport mode the computer assumes that you want to drive quick. Therefore it will downshift quicker and to a lower gear than it normally would in auto mode. Also, when it shifts through the gears, it will rev to the exact rpm that a normal 6mt should shift to have the max hp and torque throughout the power band. Therefore, letting the sport mode computer shift for you will prevent any mistakes in shifting points. Also, when you put it in sport mode, it raises the rpms a couple hundred. So when you continually drive in sport mode, you will end up using more gas. Your engine also works harder so IMHO you shouldnt leave it in sport mode while driving all the time.
There is no difference in sound unless you have an aftermarket exhaust or intake.

i only use DS when i want to drive aggressive (usually when i merge into freeway i want to pick up quickly.. after i get to my lane i switch back to D and drive 80mph ) .. almost never used the paddle or stickshift though.. the computer does it better for me

I only use the DS mode when I'm in the mood to drive my car like I stole it. I leave the gear on D mode 90% of the time. If I need to cut off a car on the highway, I use the left paddle shifter to down shift to 3rd gear while still on D mode. Then the manual mode switch back to D mode (automatically) after I showed the car that I cut off my taillights.
