Curious about this kit on G37's with auto trans.. On 350z's, the stock trans could never shift fast enough on its own under WOT on a F/I car. Valve body upgrades sure helped or early shifting in manual mode...
Is the G37 transmission any different? Is a valve body upgrade still needed for the above mentioned reasons?

Yes it is still highly recommend to do at least a valve body upgrade.
TQ Converter is a good idea as well, and fully built trans is the way to go, feels awesome.
