So is this kit smaller in diameter or like stock just lighter?

These are the SAME DIAMETER as stock but lighter. The difference from the smaller sized underdriven pulleys is that you don't have to get a non standard sized drive belt and your alternator output won't be compromised like it is slightly with smaller pulleys.

I was surprised when I saw this thread on g35driver: http://g35driver.com/forums/reviews/...ht-pulley.html . Hopefully, we'll see some solid gains with the Stillen pulley.

The stillen pulley is just the Unorthodox Racing pulley but $10 more. The pulley is lighter, but is not smaller at all, it's stock diameter. UR also stated they will not make the complete set of pulleys so no accessorie pulleys are coming for the g37. You should expect to see 3 to 5 hp gains.

some 'time vs. speed' graphs that the dyno can produce would probably show the difference in the pulleys, as they're probably letting the motor rev faster, might be accelerating faster, not necessarily making more overall power.

I would love to see some time vs speed charts.

Yes UR will be making accessory pulleys. I talked to them on the phone and was told in a couple months they will be out too
