Opinions on Dynoing the Injen Intakes... Need opinions...
So The Injen intakes will be here tomorrow... and I kinda have a dilema...
Option 1: Go local and get a new baseline here in knoxville... come home... install it... and then go back to see the gains...
Pros: Immediate help for all members considering buying.
Knowing this week if the 3rd party gains are there...
Not having to drive 3 hrs to Forged.
Cons: Pricing... It will cost me just lite of 200 bucks to dyno here local
Option 2: Install the Injen ASAP... and Dyno it a Forged Performance when Im down there next month.
Pros: Not having to pay 200 bucks
Already have a baseline and +1 mod dyno on it
I know theres no BS in Forged's dyno
Cons: Having to wait 3-4 weeks making all the "on the fence" guys not know the gains
So... what do you all think? Help a brotha out!!!

I think you should wait and save yourself the money, while I'm sure those on the "fence" will not like this response, it doesn't seem fair to u to go with option one just to help those on the "fence" make a decision. I'm sure we will see plenty of indy dynos over the next week as people get their intakes this week, so I wouldn't sweat it.

personally I would like to see everything done asap, but it isn't fair to you to pay $200 for a dyno when you can wait a month.
however, three hours of driving is a lot, how much is that going to cost you gas wise?

just take a baseline dyno then take one with the injen in tennesses. i see no point in going to forged to get your dyno done.

I am sure we all appreciate you helping the community, but i would say wait till you can get it done at forged, since all your dyno's have been done there, and you can save yourself some dough. If you look at it this way, a lot of people have already preordered the intake, and it will probably be a while before injen can fill all the preorders, so anyone ordering a injen intake now will probably have a month to month and a half wait before they are able to get their hands one, so getting your dyno in a month, will still help out forum members. But I know a ton of us are antsy and want results now, but I say wait.
