Delay Under Hard Acceleration
Just Wondering If Anyone Else Has Experienced This.
Under Heavy Throttle Sometimes A Delay(no Slip Light) When Accelrating.
It As If The Car Is Dead For A Couple Of Seconds, While Arleady Staring To Go. Does Anyone Think It Is A Maf Sensor Problem, (have Stillen Intake, wondering If Something Is Messing Up)

Do you also have an intake, perhaps the Stillen? If you guys narrow it down to just intake equipped cars that would point to MAF sensor I suppose...I know Stillen may be better than Fujita - but Injen will probably be more fine tuned that Stillen's...Consider selling the Stillen for Injen IMO....S h i t t y thins is I dont know that the dealership will even help since the intake is aftermarket. Maybe consider puttin up the Stillen for sale, going back to OEM airbox and having the dealership look at the MAF then, and upgrade to Injen which is comin out in weeks after they check on the stock set up!

I assume you guys were "babying" your G and the ECU adapted to your driving style. Reset your ECU and drive hard for several minutes. You'll instantly notice the difference.

^^^^corrrect lol the computer on board is trying to find the correct gear for the level of rpm your pushing the vehicle at...
"the lag from the Electronic Throttle Control, which there is no physical connection from the gas pedal to the throttle body, instead the gas pedal is actually the Throttle Position Sensor, connected directly to the computer, which then digitally controls a servo motor that operates the throttle"
..........do what i do i drive on tiptronic all day matching revs as if i was driving 6mt which i miss lol..ull rarely catch me driving in D mode...usually cruising on 3rd

yeah exactly just paddle or shift down then hit the gas....like most automatic cars just flooring the gas while driving its gonna have a delay of some sort but if you drive in manual mode and keep the gears with some stable rpms you could floor it and still have a quick response that pushes u into your seat..damn i miss manual transmission
