Now going purely off max HP it is as follows: And these are all Dyno Jet weighted numbers.
Stock ECU & Stock Air - 293 HP
Stock ECU & Fujita - 296 HP
Techno ECU & Stock air - 299 HP
Techno ECU & Fujita - 304 HP
Techno ECU, Fujita & HFC - 312 HP
ABOUT 21 HP GAIN
But the numbers are real misleading because they each peak at different RPM's and the gains in the mid-range are kind of different from the peaks. Like the Stock air box and the tuned ECU has a slight advantage in HP in the MID, until you hit 6900 RPM's them the Fujita and tuned ECU has more.

Ok so if we wanna do our ECU who do we call or cantact
I got G37 S 5AT Stillen Intake/Stillen Headers and HKS Exhaust so i should get like at least 30hp gains right
You can contact Tadashi at Technosquare in Torrance. The number is (310)787-0847. He usually doesn't come into work until after 1 p.m. You will need to get some numbers off the ECU, like the model number. And he can tell you if he has the code yet or not.
so basically hfc is the mod that you should invest in and then get the ecu upgrade. With an intake doesnt really matter well fujita, injen should have a much better gain(so they say).. and the exhaust..
but simply just hfc and ecu upgrade should put up good numbers.
