No the base dyno was stock ECU, stock Air box, and GReddy exhaust.

Last, most powerful run was HFC's, Greddy exhaust, Fujita and tuned ECU

FI HFC's. Yeah it was not as much as I was hoping for either. But it sure is a HELL of a lot quicker.

What is the increase? I am at work so the pics don't show up. It would be great to get numbers with the same mods with a before and after ECU mod. Not sure if that is part of the numbers since I can't see them but from everone's post it doesn't sound like it.

Looks like stock ECU and stock air against tuned ECU and stock air is about 10 HP but drops at 7000 RPM and tuned ECU raises until 7800 RPM.

Stock ECU and Fujita against Tuned ECU and Fujita is about a 8 HP gain and again stock ECU drops early.

If you look at the MT graph there is a 20 HP gain from just a tune and Fujita over stock.

So you did a dyno run with just the Fujita? Was there an increase over your stock numbers or losses like the "other" companies say? Well it looks like I say an increase of 40+ with all your mods and with HFC/Intake estimates at 20-25 HP gains it looks like maybe a 15HP gain (if the fujita didn't increase like what is thought). The TQ looks like it got a good gain as well.

The Fujita loses power, about 4-5 HP, until 6300 RPM then it makes like 4-5 HP.

But it looks like the Tuned ECU and stock air box is the best until you add the FI HFC's.
