LOL!!!!
All of the suggestiosn will make a little bit of a difference- you might save $5 a week (if you have to fill up each week) if you go from conservative to ultra conservative- perhaps $10 a week(if you fill up each week) if you go from ultra aggressive to ultra conervative. But to make a significant difference you need a different car.
But then again significant to one is not to another.

Another lightweight technique (assuming u never go out of ur way for gas) is to always fill gas to half a tank since 10 gallons equals about 80 pounds of extra weight. this means you will fuel more often but assuming ur gas is always "on the way" of your trips it shouldnt matter. Also psychologically when I fill to halfway I drive a lil more conservatively since seeing it at FULL makes you wanna push the pedal more and drive harder and longer and more liberally haha.
Another tip is do not drive with the windows open on the highway too much. I know its fun and we all do time to time but the resistance actually adds to the car's drag and causes it to have to work harder to move forward, it wastes more at highway speeds than does A/C. Also cruise control at 60-65 not 90 haha.

how much does the spare tire weigh? after taking it out do the trunk floor mats cave in like they do on some cars when the spare is out? i am wondering if taking it out is even worth it.
