Question Clutch Issues

Has anyone noticed the clutch sticking, for example, shifting from 3rd to 4th, the pedal will not come all the way back out and engage the gear, so the engine revs up as i give it gas but its not in gear when it should be. To remedy the problem, I have to decrease RPMs by letting off the gas entirely, then it pops in to place.

Just picked up my G37 yesterday, and noticed the problem last night. Very very worried, input on this appreciated.

yes! there is a whole thread on this, it happens when you take off hard aswell.

never ran into that problem yet...im shifting around 5 thou regular driving and about 7.5 to 8 when im playing......jumping on the freeway from the stupid regulated on ramp shifting around 7 thou till forth then slow down to blend with traffic....no probs yet ...knock on wood......got over 11thou on odometer

So is this a problem, or some kind of safety feature that Infiniti has put on?

At first I thought it was a safety feature due to the fact the car seems to like reset itself, it happend on my 07 G35 6MT aswell, but only a few members have experienced it so far if you read that previous thread, I honestly don't know what's wrong with it. I think we just have weak trannys.

only when im playing around....in the moutains and such.....says 8 but in reality its probably reading a little higher than it acually is
guess im hard on my toys....gotta drive it like u stole it lol

no reflash...jus about to hit bump box....sometimes i hit the limiter but jus a touch....guess i should take it easy....she likes to rev thou

The stock clutch is weak in these cars, myn has slipped a few times.

I've heard of this and experienced many times in my Z. But for it to happen in the higher gears doesn't seem right at all. Mostly this happens after a hard launch.
