I have a 37S 5AT - "Gulf Specs" i've put around 3700 miles on it and i love it!

I live in Dubai and our cars are slightly different here. They seem to have a little more power, can't say why. I also run my car with Super 98 fuel..(Gas is cheap here).

So far i managed to hit 272 Km/h (170 mph). I didn't feel any cutt-off I had to slow down! If i had an open road i probably would be able to squeez an extra 3-4 mph.

Btw- did i mention that the Speed Cameras on the highway here don't flash untill you pass 100 mph!! : )

LOVE MY CAR! LOVE MY CAR!

Well I had another run the other day and got to 157 before chickening out (it was night). No fuel cut and with more track and safer conditions I think it had more.

^^fireboy, didn't you hear about that "special chip" in the G37 that limits you to a top speed of 99mph when you go Forced Induction? Only turns on when you have a FI car. No way to bypass it either.

So does this mean that each car has different top speed?

I think that some have just not taken it to its limits yet.

I know on G35 after 164 the power cuts for a couple seconds. Unless you remap the cpu. I have a friend with a TT 35 and that is case. I assume the G37 is the same.

This is what the 2007 350z does

i have a technosq. reflash and as you know it removes that governor. I dynoed it recently and in 5th gear got up to 175mph. i did several runs and here how my gears were at 8000rpm
3rd - 111mph
4th - 143mph
5th - 175mph
so far the fastest i've been is 150mph.
by the way the digital speedometer does not read more than 160mph
the analog does. The needle goes all the way down where the odometer is.
