so stock ecu is tuned to accept 89 and 91 but with a 93 octane tune it becomes mandatory to always get 93 and then the fuel burns more optimally at that rating correct? that seams to be a safe tune. like they say for every tune theres an opposite reaction usually - what's the downside to a 93 octane tune? lower MPG? more wear/tear on some parts, etc???
