Not only is my dealer super mod friendly, but they installed my H-Techs as well. Since they did the install everything is still covered under warranty and no issues with future alignments or warranty work. Field's in Glencoe,IL. FTW.

If your local dealer deny's you a free alignment (less than one year, 12,000 miles) I urge you all to contact Infiniti Consumer Affairs and discuss the problem with them. Be sure to speak directly to the service manager and not a service associate.

Call Infiniti Costumer affair AT the dealership if they deny you again. And have them talk to a representative.

I just called and they told me to scam the dealer for the most part. They said not to mention the free alignment and just tell the dealer that its pulling or there is a problem and then they'll do it at not charge. Why not allow us to just get is my question? The women said they want to make money is all. They will charge you if you dont do your homework on this.

called parkway infiniti in valencia, california they denied my free alignment saying it has to be a warranty issue for the 1st year. So they are charging me $140 for alignment and rotation, is that a good deal or should i tell them to suck it? i just installed eibach springs a week ago so i'm going to need an alignment anyways, just trying to get them free...

its going to be hard to get a free alignment when you lowered the car. unless your have really good standings with people at the dealer it probably wont happen. i had two dealers deny me before i went to a third local. became buddies with the shop foremen and he has hooked me up with 4 alignments now
