Cannot flash ROM, check ISO K line- Please help

Hello everyone,

I purchased the Uprev standard with the cable, base tune and etunes. I received my base tune in the email today and tried to flash it using the "rom editor" application but it's not working correctly. Keep getting the message seen in the picture. Says it "cannot flash rom, check ISO K line". Any advice on what I can do to make it work?

I couldn't find any blown fuses and I don't know if my remote starter might be interfering with anything? Is that possible? Any advice or help is appreciated!

Thank you for the suggestion!

I tried looking for the fuse block under the steering column, on the drivers side. I couldn't find the specific block. It wasn't there. I don't know if the fuse block is specific to the 370z or maybe if I'm just not looking in the right place. There's didn't really look like there was a place for the white block either. Can someone check their fuse panel under the steering column and see if they have it? I'd appreciate it, thank you.

Hmm I think your best option would be to call or email Uprev.

So I emailed uprev and they asked I update the software and try again. I did, but no luck, still stuck. They also asked I look for the white fuse block, and I could not find it. If someone could just check the fuse panel by the driver kick plate to see if they have the white fuse block in question, I would really appreciate it. I wonder if mine is just missing?

Hey everyone,
So I contacted uprev and worked with them to figure out what the issue was. Unfortunately I still don't have a solution. I tried a different computer, tried trouble shooting, checked all the fuses, sent the cable back to get tested, removed my remote starter and returned the car back to stock electronically speaking. Unfortunately nothing has helped. Anyone have any idea where I can get the white fuse block online? Maybe adding that will help because I have no idea where to go from her otherwise.
