So I talked to Seb and the way he tunes E85 on a map is he drains the tank as much as possible the fills half way with e85 then adds 91 to it and dumbs it down to e10 so you can mix e85 and 91 with out any issues.. He programs ecutek to run e10 through e85 on 1 map..it's about 1400 installed if you want to run a E85 gauge

yup, been emailing him about cost. the majority of the price is the dyno time, at 900$ it is going to consume most of the day. I'm planning on doing this exact setup, flex fuel sensor and one map that can run any range of petro and e85 mixture. I have an e85 station right next to my house so I'll run e85 all the time mainly.

Looks like I'm setup to get this installed 11/11. if I can get off work, I'll have some impressions to report back on this thread. I'll try to post pre and post dynos, the first being my current setup on 91 and then the full e85 tune. let's hope I can make a little extra power on the corn.

I wish I had e85 at the pump period. Highest is 93. Could buy a drum from napa for a few hundred but nah. My car is a dd, not a race car. Going e85 is always the way though. But it's better on ecutek because of the ability to add timing on the intake cams. Gtr injectors (570cc) are ideal for na applications. F.i. should be at least 750cc-1000cc to compensate. The 340 walbro fuel pump should be sufficient and stock lines.

I'm going to go with the xeitronix in line e85 sensor. there is also a meter that goes with it to show you the percentage of e85 your running and also the fuel temp. I think the kit is priced at 259$.haven't bought it yet but that's the direction I'm leaning towards.
