Original post says that the car hasn't been tuned yet so far strapping bolt ons onto the car and throwing it onto a dyno, that is pretty good. The tune is key to having all your bolt on's working properly so I'm sure once you get that done, you will produce higher numbers.

those engines are pretty highly tuned to begin with, trade both the cars in for a new gtr =>

the evo x after reflash with basic bolt ons put 130 more hp down with basic bolt ons, ended up at 430hp exhaust/intake/reflash off pump gas, total $1,500 in modifications then we ran a conistantly 12.40 at OSW here in orlando, probably did 40 passees not a single issue for years

it costs so much to gain so little for our engines =<

Ohh ok. That's interesting then. Weird that there really was no difference. Did you go to a reputable shop to get this done?

He went to the same place that I went a year and a half ago. I got pretty big gains in the 20-30hp range, but I don't have an IPL. It's a very reputable shop in the local area. The IPL's are already finely tuned, so I'm not surprised he didn't make much power.

^ I agree, you should be putting down a little bit more than that with the tune.
