These are cheap resistors that cost about 10 cents in radio shack. They do not work and they are indeed a scam. Remember, if it seems too good to be true, it probably is; and that adage applies here.

Yes, it's a scam. Please don't post this or anything like it here, especially when you're a brand new member who just joined. It looks really fishy to Moderators and kind of makes it look like maybe you are the scammer selling them and you're just trying to promote this POS here on the forum.
