hyper: My fat loss has kinda grinded to a halt in the past week or so. I'm still on a restricted diet, doing cardio, and taking my thermogenic. Is plateauing like this common? I should just double my cardio huh?

My weight loss right now is 20 lbs in 6 weeks. I've been up and down 5 this past 2 weeks (cravings) and I've notice I have been plateauing as well until I doubled my cardio in order to get over the "hump" status and now my weightloss is still declining.
My "extreme" diet consists of
Breakfast: heavy meal consisting of all the nutrients I need for the day (fats, carbs, oils, proteins, etc.)
Lunch: light meal something healthy (salad, yogurt)
Dinner: very light meal postassium loaded fruit (banana, orange, apple) before my cardio and lifting
Drinks: WATER AND A LOT OF IT! and to replenish your electrolytes..gatorade.
After my workout, I do not eat anymore until the next morning. I do use a thermogenic enhancer before my workout and therefore I see great results.
My main goal is weight loss and I am nearing my goal due to mainly a mental stability and a lifestyle change in eating (no fast foods, no greasy foods, low starch, low carbs, high protein, high potassium).
Again, this my extreme diet and therfore you shouldn't loose that much weight in the same period of time. I have other plans after the diet so please the margin should not be used as a typical reference

Super Sets are the closet thign I get to plyometrics. I would also say with explosive movements like that you'd be good to do a lot of short distance explosive type sprint work and hills. Something short but intsense so you don't lose any strength but you build explosive stamina.
Randy,
How goes the owrking out sir. We haven't heard any updates from you. I gave you a great base, let's hear that it's going to good use.
Hugh and Moog,
Plateaus are normal, but stay in them too long and you hit a rut. I would suggest doing something for a week or so that you don't do that will work out your whole body. In my case I play a lot of soccer and to change it up and keep my body guessing I hit baskeball hard for a week to use different motions and muscles and movements I am not used to. Then I hit raquetball for a while....Same concept. The advantage there is your cardio system doesn't know how much energy to use for a few games of raquetball and the weight lose effect will be greater because you have thrown you body off. Doing the same cardio everyday allows your body to learn how much energy is required to go "X" number of miles and no more. When you switch it up it takes a week or 2 for your body to learn what it takes to make it through an hour of basketball, or 4 games of raquetball.

If the results are happening slowly, you need to eat more......more calories, more protein, more complex carbs, etc. or lift up your skirt and put some real weight on the bar.

I do clean and presses, box squats (green bands), and lumber jack pulls. Those wipe me out pretty hard. I need to increase my stamina along with my speed.
I'm havening an abdominal hernia repaired in about 2 weeks. I've had the hernia for 4.5 years, final having it fixed. Won't be able to work out for at least 6 weeks. This gives Randy, Moog, and Hugh time to catch me

Alright, for the next 2 to 3 weeks I can't get in the gym, but I am going to keep some sort of strength training going. Anyone got some good work outs that DO NOT involve weights?
