Thumbs up Add Seat Heater to G37

Yes, I am the *one* guy who bought the car without seat heaters...
I got a deal, what can I say.

On to business:
1) Is the seat really different or is it just disabled?
2) Does anyone know if the factory wiring is all there such that if I buy heated seats and the control assembly, I can just plug them in? I suspect this is the case, but do you know for sure.

Cheers!

The heated seat is just a heating pad inside the seat. You need an on/off switch and some wire. I don't see how it could be hard if you're mechanically inclined a little bit.

Have you ever removed the lower seat cover? The upper has a zipper so that is not a problem but I am a bit worried about the lower. I have rebuilt many cars but I am not an upholsterer.
