Request:Need help installing white leds for rear license plates lights
If anyone can point me in the right direction on how to do the install and wat bulbs to use. I searched around the forums but all i find was an install for some really bright LEDs that turn on wen the car is in reverse. I'm looking for regular plate lights just whiter than factory. Thanks in advance fellas.

This thread is great for all of your lighting needs....https://www.myg37.com/forums/body-in...-used-fyi.html
As for the install, it's really simple. Just get down there and look at them, should be easy to figure out how to remove (simple unclip). If you still can't figure it out, i'll do a quick DIY.

Alright, here you go. Embarrassingly easy, but totally understand. BTW, I got the ones from the thread I posted before. Highly recommend them for 9 bucks, I would recommend doing the dome lights and door lights too. Much better with the clean white look, easy mod for only 30 bucks.
Push this clip in, and the light will pop out (there are two seperate lights)

Twist the housing CCW to unseal it, then remove old bulb and put in the new one. Dont put it all back together until you test them, if they turn on you're good to go, if not then take them out and flip them around. Put back together and enjoy.

Per your request, here's the dome and door light install. Just need a flat head screwdriver with some tape on the tip so that you don't scratch anything.
The dome light is a simple pop out, don't worry you won't break anything. It has four clips, two on each side....
<a href="http://picasaweb.google.com/lh/photo/5dntYA_F1zKbPmidIAKiPj-i8iGV_Baxfy489B4A0wE?feat=embedwebsite"><img src="http://lh6.ggpht.com/_35mFCvMJ5Js/TM9KxGIWXII/AAAAAAAABFw/_0rW6nklI-4/s400/photo%201-1.JPG" height="400" width="298" /></a>

The door lights are the same, pry it out. Then I would recommend disconnecting the wire harness, just push down the little clip and it'll come right off. Then, you'll want to pry off the clear plastic piece. Just pop one side off and you should be good to go. Once again, don't close everything up and put it back together until you verify you have them in correctly...

I don't have any but I used these lights in this thread, they look amazing. Pics don't really do them justice but there is no yellow tint whatsoever in the actual lights. For $9 a pair, I'd go with it
