Awesome idea, perhaps adding more flat black in the lights and wheels as an alternative to glossing. Then get black chrome emblems. I like it, anything that speaks Death to Chome .

Duplicolor Wheel paint is resistant to chips. I've used it to paint rims. Its also offered in a gloss black color. Just an alternative.

I'll pick up some more of this stuff and try painting some random plastic item and clearing it after words. If it looks nice I'll add the clear on my grill.
