which clip are you referring to the one in step 5? when removing the bumper the clip near the headlight?

It's nearly the same. I used this DIY to take off my 08 sedan's front bumper for my lights. There are couple of extra clips located differently but it's very self explanatory once you start taking the clips off. Just be patient and take you time with it. Make sure to mask off the edges so you don't chip off any paint in the process. If I can do, I am sure you can too!

Followed this DIY and it worked ok until it was time to install the bumper. It was hard to line up the top part of the bumper while playing tug-a-war with the bottom part still bolted on. So I had no choice but to take off the bottom screws, which is basically the only step left if you want to completely remove the bumper.

Good DIY nonetheless.
