Doug's ambient lighting mod
#17
In this case or in general?
In this case, it controls the brightness of the lights. Think of it as the slider on those dimming mood setting lights or the volume **** on your stereo.

Thanks DOUG & UCLA bruin!
I needed to find out how to get to a power source for this type of MOD.
I just wanted to add to this that anyone doing this you can use tap connectors without striping the wire or cuting it. I know UCLA bruin you had concerns with space but it does work and I'll post a follow-up to this soon. Just look under my name for recent posts regarding Ambient Lighting.
I just finished my ambient light mod using purble V-LEDS and man I love it!
Anyone in Miami want this MOD done PM me and I'll do it for $120 bucks. Including LEDS
Just a note my MOD uses 194 bulb housings so you can put 1led, 2led, 4led, 6led, bulbs in there and use any color LED bulb that's a 194 in there and you can change it if it ever blows Ohh and my lights are adjustable & repositonal using 3M Velcro tape .
See this MOD in person at our next meet at - Tropical Park
