I don’t think your gonna like the answers you get if any. Your probably SoL but I’ll try my best. So we have two problems. Faded spot and you’ve got glue on it. First things first, you gotta get the glue up. I suggest you get sanding it off. Don’t really see any other way.

Assuming you get the glue off, now you’ll have a big area that’s discolored. If the texture is okay after sanding and it’s just color, you could try some black leather balm to try and darken. I know the dash is not leather but I think this could still work.

If the texture is jacked up. I saw this video where this guy had a cool trick. I think he was repairing a crack with black silicon but that area wouldn’t be pebbled. He took a black stick on a hot glue gun hit the side piece of the dash (hard plastic) pressed it down waited a few seconds and peeled it off. It gave him a stamp with the pattern in it. Then he pressed it over the silicon spit to make the pattern where his repair was.

Again, there isn’t gonna be an easy answer and your likely not gonna get it perfect but hopefully these ideas help you. Good Luck.

Goo gone is for sticky residue. It won’t do jack on super glue. Super glue hardens but it’s usually not hard to sand. I’d try like 800 grit or so to start and sand lightly. Your not trying to sand the dash, just the glue.

Another idea… this is just thinking outside the box a bit. Where on the dash is it exactly? Would it maybe be easier to cover it up with something? Like an infinti logo or something that looks like maybe it’s suooosed to be there? Is near the airbag? What about a little SRS logo? Maybe put a radar detector there?

ive thought about getting a little hotwheels car (with a stand) of a g37 or something to cover it up, its on the corner passenger side near the pillar

I really think some light sanding and some leather balm could get it to a point your happy with.

to test the balm. Take out one of your side vents and you’ll have access to a small area of inner trim that you can’t see with vent in. You test balm there to see how it reacts to that material. Can’t think of another area with a place to test it isn’t visible.
