Chrome grill peeling at top?

I recently picked up a 2008 G37S Coupe. Loving it so far! Only a few concerns with the exterior, due to age. The chrome grill is peeling at the top, which in assuming is generally caused by water run off. Then the front bumper has divers in it from simply wind/rocks/etc from hitting it. Any way to repair these things without having to get new parts? Thanks!

Paint them black or buy them used on ebay oh here in the classified.

Or pick up a Midnight grill. Tons of used grills for sale. Might as well just get them used instead of painting them.
