Unhappy Is my trunk dent easily fixable?

I just got this dent all the way in the bottom left of my trunk, and its annoying the crap out of me every time i open the trunk. Its about the size of a dime, or even smaller.

Has anyone tried to use Pop A dents (Amazon.com: Pops-a-dent Dent & Ding Auto Car Repair KIT Popper DIY: Automotive) for this kind of small dent? Any results? My only concern is, will it rip my paint off somehow if there's tiny a crack in the paint(I don't see it, but it might be there??)?

I'd take it to a professional paintless dent remover. It'll cost between $75-150 to fix. I wouldn't do it yourself, might make things worse.

I agree, give PDR a shot. Find a good one in your area and you won't be disappointed.

I think the fact that the Pop A Dent requires using glue would make me very wary. Just spend the extra $50-$100 and get it done properly. I just attended an S2K PDR event a month or so ago and knocked out three dings on two different panels for $100. If you're patient and can wait for one of those meets, then it may be worth your while.

Your best bet is to ask a PDR or body shop for an estimate. Usually they ask you to send some picts over.

I can give you the info of the PDR I used, he covers the OC area.
I have a post on here he was able to take care of two dings on my car.

Thanks, this is the only ding i have on my car for now. I was suspecting i do more damage than fix with that popadent.

The surface is flat, and its smaller than a dime, so i'm suspecting it will be like a 10min job for a PDR guy. Spending 100$ for this ding might not be worth it to fix, but that would be my absolute maximum. I was hopping to spend around 50$ to get it popped out. Do you guys know if there will be any drilling required behind the trunk body to get it to pop out?

rlo, could you give me the info the PDR guy you used?

Thanks rlo.

Before you sent me the PM, I got another quote from another PDR. He's saying that hes going to drill behind it, and plug it afterwards to fix it. Is there any opinions about drilling into the back edge of the trunk edges? This seems to be mixed feelings about this, but that depends on the position of the drilling, I think. This is near the edge of the trunk, so I'm weary of it possibly getting rust or some other sort of future damage around the exposed drill area.

Find a PDR who also uses a glue stick. No drilling required.
