Paint/Waxing Advice
I had my car waxed a week ago at a friends house and he used a handheld buffer/polisher on my car using Turtle Wax Black Box. Its a kit designed for only black cars which includes Paint Cleaner, Wax and QD. After he finished with my car i have waxy swirls marks all over my car from that damn polisher. I have Meguires paint cleaner at my place and the swirl marks wont come off.
Fortunately you cant see the swirl marks during the day but only when sunlight is low(Dawn or Dusk). I dont have any pics yet but ill take some later on today. Any suggestions or advice as to what i should use to get it or will i have to take it to a body shop to have the car re- clearcoated.

The products and "tool" you used are things should have never, ever touch your car. I'm guessing by buffer/polisher, you mean one of this worthless jigglers or something similar? All they are really good for is swirling your finish.
If so, that is worse than useless, it will harm your finish as you no doubt now know. You need a quality random orbital polisher if you're going to DIY, and if you have a knowledgeable professional do it, they have the skill to use a rotary polisher. Like these:
Random Orbital
Rotary
Also, I'd suggest getting better products like the ones you will find at Detailed Image. I get most of my detailing supplies from them and their service and advice is excellent.

^ yup that was what he used but it was a smaller handheld pile of crap. So is there any hope for trying to rub it out? Ive seen other guys talking about DI products and it seems the way to go to so maybe I'll order a bunch of car care supplies .

Machine polishing with a quality abrasive polish will do it. Try the PC 7424 and Meguiar's M105 on a white pad. That's what I'd try first.
