Check out the detailing thread.... but go to detailed image and get the PC package with the lake country hydro tech pads and the Megs 105 and 205.

The Megs 105 and 205 along with the hydro tech pads will be able to do some pretty good correction and finish nicely.

Pick up a light pad for applying sealant and waxes and pick up a bottle of sealant.

Claybar and quick detailer are kinda optional, but since they dont cost much, might as well pick one up.

Use the 2 bucket technique for washing the car and get a good sudsing shampoo and practice not adding un-necessary swirl marks to the car. Check out detailed image again, they have how-to videos.

Also, pick up a good degreaser. Before you polish, getting the paint as clean as possible is very important. P21s total auto wash or a citrus shampoo/degreaser are good options.

I have an auto shampoo that I use for regular washes, and then a degreaser/shampoo that I use before I polish the car to strip it of all waxes and get the paint clean.

Whatever route you take (detailer or Do it Yourself) the thing you got to keep in mind is once the paint has been corrected, you MUST wash it properly (i.e. 2 bucket method) to avoid instilling new swirls in the paint.
