Need help with luster left on my leather?!

So I recently bought this product:

Meguiar's/25 ct. Gold Class rich leather conditioner, protectant and cleaning wipes (G-10900) | Leather Care | AutoZone.com

What I didn't realize is that my leather got shiny? I was able to remove some of it but not all of it. It sort of left luster behind. I did an amateur move and did not consult in this forum for the right leather cleaner and conditioner. Any ideas on how to remove the luster? I was also researching products out there and found Lexol and Poorboys World Leather stuff to be great. Any suggestions? Thanks

Lexol, found it at my local auto parts. I hate shiny leather.

Honestly, I will NEVER buy car care products at Autozone/walmart/etc. I only shop at Detailed Image and they always have the best products. For leather, Lexol is what I've used for a long time. I have both of these and love them:

Lexol pH Leather Cleaner - 16.9 oz | Detailed Image

Lexol Leather Conditioner - 16.9 oz | Detailed Image

I found both the Lexol pH cleaner and conditioner and my local Kragen/O'Reilly. I spent ~$19 for both products.
Worth every penny!
