treating tree sap, bugs, bird poop
this is what i have
- black g37
- got clearcoating from platinum shield products (i.e. paint sealants)
- got meguiars wax on it from auto shop
crap that gets on my car EVERYDAY I drive...
- 2mm radius spots of SOMETHING (bird, sap, bugs) unsure..
- only 1-3 spots each day...
I DO NOT want to do a full car wash AND wax each time, which can be costly.. so this is what I do
1) gently hose the areas that requires removal of spots, or even use a little more water pressure if it seems it is not STUCK hard.
2) use a microfiber cloth to wipe off the stains/spots. and super gently wipe down any wet spots (being careful not to push down incase any residue is scratching the paint).
RESULT: Car looks great and shiny black... considering the 2minute job on it. I'm also thinking the clearcoat and wax is preventing any scratches. I'm a newb, but this seems to work for me if you don't have time to fully wash a car.
