It will repair some minor scratches... the video is misleading. it can take weeks to heal a scratch. Not 1 minute.

You can accelerate the process by heating the area gently. Hot water works well; this is the way it was demonstrated to me by Infiniti (corporate reps)

Its Obviously a time lapsed video.. Yes, there are alot of variables temp, etc.. I haven't seen demonstration of the actual healing process I thought it would give people a good reference point as to what scratches are healed.

lol I had a few surface scratches/swirls from when I debadged my car, I'll check to see if they healed once the weather clears up and I wash my car. Should have taken a before picture to get a side by side comparo. I'll chime in to let you guys know if it worked...

I don't think the web site is up to date. It says for example that the car comes with the net in the trunk. It doesn't.

Infiniti announced it before the 2010 models were released. It seems like the US is the only major market that Infiniti is not using scratch shield paint as it is on the European models.

Every spec on the web says that the 2010 has scratch shield as standard.
SO is it, or isn't it?
I have so many swirls and they are still there after 3 weeks.
If it is there, it doesn't seem to work.

If you have a 2010 look under your hood. My 2009 has a sticker on the bottom of the hood (near the passenger side wiper) that says "Scratch shield paint, use only factory something something something". I forget the rest.
