Any "nonabrasive" product you put on swirls or scratches by hand will NOT remove them, only hide them temporarily and make them less noticeable. After a wash or two they will be right where you left them and as noticeable as ever, especially noticeable on black. You can also use a glaze to fill them in and hide them, that's pretty much what the product Infiniti93 mentioned is.
To remove them will require machine (DA or rotary) polishing with an abrasive polish. If they are light you can use a finishing polish, the heavier the swirls are the more aggressive polish/pad combination will be required.

okay good info. What would you recommend as 2-3 good glaze products (besides mequires swirlX because i wanna give a few a try). As well is using a glaze + polish a good idea/produce a better result? or would it basically do nothing? Also would polishing by hand with an abrasive product help with cutting down on swirl marks? or is the machine necessary no matter what (besides the use of glaze).
One product i found called Mothers Sealer and Glaze, how effective would that be?

Abrasive polishing by hand isn't going to really be able to improve it. Abrasive polishes are designed to be used with more pressure and heat than you can produce by hand, that's why they are formulated for machine polishing.

I don't know anything personally about Mother's Sealer and Glaze. I'm not personally a fan of the brand, but I don't know anything about that particular product.
I have some great glazes that I've used on my black G.
For a BO car, I like PBW Black Hole, Menzerna FTG, and especially my new favorite, Blackfire Gloss Enhancing Polish. It says polish, but ist really a glaze. It looks very deep and wet on black, almost like a good coat of wax. Easy to apply.
You can't find any of these at the local Pep Boys or Wal-Mart, you'll have to order them online. But IMO they are miles better than most stuff you'll find locally. They are the type of products pros use.
