Is 303-Aero a replacement for leather conditioner?

So I bought a bottle of 303 and I love it. My question though.....

303 seems to clean and protect great. Is it a replacement for leather conditioner though?

I usually clean, condition, then protect my seats. 303 is a great product for UV protection, but it doesn't have any cleaning and conditioning ability.

I believe that is only for protection from UV rays and a final step to leather cleaning. I would get a leather cleaner and conditioner and use 303 as the last step.
