- Totally safe at full strength or get an outstanding value by diluting it up to 6:1 (water:cleaner)

How well does it work after you dilute it? I've been waiting for a cheaper alternative but still be as effective or atleast be very close to P21S. I'm very skeptical on how well it will work when diluted.
