Paint burn ****ING HATERS.
UGHHH Why the **** do some people have to be suck ****ing idiots??? I went down to my car this morning and came across something quite unplesant sitting on the top of my trunk. I guess the people in the first floor apartment had quite a good time getting wasted and smoking a ton of ****ing cigarettes last night, and someone flicked a cigarette butt at my car which was parked by their proch and it landed on my roof then bounced on my trunk where it remained lit for who knows how long. AHHHHHH I was ****ing pissed!! The ashes and everything wiped off fine but where the hot part of the butt was there is a nice brownish orange mark in my paint. Its right on the edge of where the trunk and spoiler meet. I just sealed and waxed it last week so is there anyway this is possibly removable? All i have right now is some quick detailer or wax and I tried rubbing it good with some QD but that didnt do much. I'll post up some pics later, I have to go do some other stuff right now. This is just ****ing rediculus, why the **** do some people have to be so retarded. I know it could have been an accident, put that probably complete BULL ****. It was obvious the **** head that threw it was aiming for my car.
Anyways, ill try to get some pics to show exactly what im talking about, but in the mean time is there even a slight chance I can remove the burn mark or am i completly ****ed?
UPDATE: Here's some pics. It's hard to tell, but on the edge of the spoiler there is one or two tiny spots where it looks like the paint came off or something.

Try to get at it with a polish and a buffer.
If it wont come out, try a heavier cutting polish.
If you don't have that available, then get some rubbing compound and give it some elbow grease. Just be ready to see some marring on the paint afterwards since rubbing compound is pretty aggressive.
Sucks bro, I had something similar happen to my car last weekend. Gonna have to repaint my car most likely.

2000 grit wet sanding paper and rubbing compound will do the trick. Make sure you don't sand to deep and rub the same spot for to long. Some ppl are just plain dumb.

When I got stationed here in SC, I wouldn't even LOOK at any apartments/houses that didn't have garages. I know some of the guys in NYC dont have a choice, but a garage is the best way to make sure nothing like that happens.
Sorry to hear that though...if you're anywhere near a military base go buy a few MRE's and make some MRE bombs for the neighbors

updated with pics. Tomorrow I may try to run to autozone or somewhere and get some light rubbing compound to try out on it. Otherwise I'll have to wait until next time I can go home and see if I can polish it out. UGhh, i'm still so pissed that someone would be so inconsiderate to do some stupid **** like this.
