Cleaning Vinyl Overlays...???

I did a search but didn't come across any (so sorry if there is one I over looked)
just recently got overlays and want to be sure to keep them looking great. How and with what should I use when washing my car not to scratch them. Should they be waxed, or polished - or anything special??? Thanks

Wash them with the microfiber mitt like you normal do on the paint. You can wax it or apply sealant on them too. Just like on normal body paint.

Vinyl protectant or quick detailer is recommended on clear bra film as well as using sealant or polish. You should be OK with any non-abrasive product.

thanks every body! just recently had the rood and tail lights done on my IP 37, and my son a 8" offset stripe the full length of his Red G35 - I'll post some pics later today, hopefully - because we are both off to Amplified to get Eibach springs this afternoon!

why do you say that - he's gotten a lot of compliments on it - it runs the full length of the car not just the hood - do you really not like it???

I drive a G37s

He'd need more mods (especially wheels) to complete the look but I think its' a nice step to have the track feel.

Red face

The complimenting drivers drove BMW's or were other G owners on the road who gave him the thumbs up. Guess it's not for everyone - but if it were it wouldn't be too original or stand out now would it? He also just got it lowered.
