Sealant for Max Protection

So in just a few days I take delivery of a new Black Obsidian G37XS. Up until just this week I was going let them prep the car for me. By that I mean letting them wash and apply a sealant that the sales agent said would last about a year and provides great protection against bird dropping, water marks and contaminates . But after reading many posts where the dealer has messed up people's paint jobs I am thinking about doing all of that myself. So if I go this route I would need to buy a great sealant. After seeing a few posts where birds have done a number (2) on black cars, my top concern is protection, the glossy look is a distant second. My thoughts are, I can just add several coats of wax on top of the sealant to get a glossy look. Before you guys slammed me I have done a lot of reading on this forum, I really have, but most of the suggestions are postmortem ( such as how to recover from the damage). I know there is no "Best Sealant" out there, but I would like suggestions on which sealant to get that works with the following factors in mind:

Performance: Max protection (really good protection from Bird dropping or at least as good as I can get)
Color: Black Obsidian
Clear coat : The very soft clear coat we get on the 2009 Infiniti
Car Washed with: Poorboy's World Super Slick & Suds (using a Foam Gun)
Application: Apply by hand, take off by hand.
Layers: Can be covered with a wax. ( I Have some Natty's Blue on it way from Detailed Image , but if this wax is not compatible that's fine.. I will just buy another brand/type of wax.

I am relatively new at doing this stuff the "right" way but I would expect that all sealants and waxes to have zero cut which is a must on this car for now.

Here are a few Sealants I found mentioned by others one the website.. .. feel free to add others.
Chemical Guys Jetseal 109
Duragloss 111
Four Star Ultimate Paint Protection
Menzerna Full Molecular Jacket (FMJ)
Poorboy's World EX Sealant
Poorboy's World EX-P
Prima Epic
Ultima
Wolfgang Sealant 3.0
Zaino Z5 / Zaino CS

Thanks guys..

Jetseal is good, werkstat is good and zaino Z2Pro is good too.

If you are going to maintain your vehicle weekly go with a couple of layers of wax. Nothing like a good wax to bring extra depth to black. Natty's is great or if you want to have a spray on wax on top of your sealant I like Optimum Spray on Car Wax.

Have fun with your new car and congrats !

I like Jeffs Werkstat Acryllic Jett Trigger with a base on Prime. Having said that, I have also used Zaino Z2. I believe the Zaino has better durability by the Werkstat is SOOOO easy to apply that I put a coat on every month so durability is great. It is spray on, wipe off.

I have heard others say Duragloss 105 is very good for durability too as are the Collinite products.

I currently use Menzerna FMJ and LOVE IT.....but have heard GREAT and even BETTER things about JetSeal 109. That will probably be my next sealant for sure.

I guess I will try JetSeal 109....I might even try Chemical Guys M-Seal since it's the only one that mentions protection from bird etchings. I have read good things about Menzerna Full Molecular Jacket so I may try that one too.. besides I like its name and I am a sucker for good marketing..

Thanks again guys,

I prefer Opti-Seal.

On 90% percent of my professional details I will layer OS under one of the Migliore waxes.

*IMO* 2-3 layers of a premium carnauba paste equates to nearly the same protection of a chemical sealant. A lot of comments on our waxes is that "you can feel it on the paint", it feels like a layer of armor, you know it's there. It's unlike any other wax I've used to date, a very heavy feel.

Thanks Don. I finally read up on the Opti-Seal product. Do you have any problem with it streaking? How long would you say it lasts?

Thanks again.

I personally went from AIO/SG, to Jeff's Werkstatt/Prime, then to Jetseal.

I won't go back to either.
