Leaving the car dry overnight?
Houston's weather is unpredictable. It's sunshine today, rain the next. I wash my car every week and kinda irritated sometimes when it's dirty. Is it ok if I just give it a quick rinse at night and just leave in the car garage to air dry instead of doing a full wash? Time is just so limited for me

If you wash your car every week, one of these may be worth purchasing. If it really works as advertised and you don't have to dry by wiping, you'll have a reduced risk of scratches too...

Heck, I dunno if the one I posted works good, never tried it but I'd like too. I did say "if" cause I'm skeptical after my experience with the MrClean solution. Costco has an excellent return policy too.

You can move really fast on this car with ONR, since you wash so often. It is easy, involves very little water and no spotting. I just did my Mach 1 last night in literally 1 hour and my G never took any more time than that.

I use that to dry, You may have a little to wipe up around the curves but no biggie, Never really get any water spots, If i do get some spots just spray on some quick detailer.

I tried the Mr. Clean thing... kinda works, but not well enough. "Peeing" is an accurate description. I hate it. You definitely get what you pay for.
When it rains and I haven't been driving my car around, e.g. parked on the driveway while it's raining, and then I park my car in the garage overnight to dry, it dries quite cleanly (no water spots).

Maybe get yourself a small electric leaf blower or something. Then just spray the car off and blow it dry. I've heard of people using them plenty. Much safer than the water blade.

I blow dry my car each time I wash it and immediately follow with a MF drying towel wipe down. In my area of Houston (Baytown) the water is hard enough that I will still get water spotting if I am not really quick. I don't suggest leaving the water on your car even in the garage because you'll still get spotting. I'm considering investing in the de-ionizer that 'Tard suggested.
