I am glad to hear that you are switching to real products! I use Zaino's so I cant help you out on everything but I can help you on what I swear by.
Clay bar - I use Zainos but all clay bars are the same. Just buy ClayMagic.
Wax - Pinnacle Souveran
Tire Shine - I like the glossy finish so I use BlackMagic from Wal-mart
Wheel shine- Mother's polish or WheelWax
Dont forget to use the forum discount!

Sealant - Either Chemical Guys JetSeal 109 (heard great things) or Menzerna FMJ (what I use).
Wax - Poorboys World Natty's Blue OR p21S Coucours-style carnauba (has won MANY consumer reports "best of" awards for quality and durability).
Tire Shine - I've been using Meguiars Endurance High Gloss but have been issues with sling recently, so I'm looking at Blackfire tire gel.
ClayBar - I agree with Heat, Clay Magic (fine grade).
Wheel Shine/Sealant - Poorboys World Wheel Sealant
Happy Detailing!! Be sure to check out www.detailedimage.com for all of these products.
(Menzerna Full Molecular Jacket is on sale this month!)

(I'd recommend going the 4" route for backing plate and pads)
Pads - White, orange, blue, black
Waffle Towel
Grit guard
Wash/soap -PBW slick suds
Clay bar - Any of the fine grade bars, Chemical Guys is the best deal considering it's 20% off right now.
Polish - Merzerna 106FF (light cut)
- Merzerna SIP (med cut)
Sealant - I'd go Jet Seal 109 since it's 20% off as well (all CG products are until the 23rd)
Wax - Specific price range? What color is your G?
Tire Shine - Blackfire Long Lasting Tire Gel or Poorboy's Bold 'n Bright
Wheel shine - Poorboy's Wheel Sealant would be my choice
If you guys could give me some suggestions on what i need, that would help alot. Thanks

Sounds like you've already done some good research, you picked out some great products already. I've filled in the blanks with some suggestions above and Heat and KnoxvilleG37 offered great suggestions as well. Not going to go wrong with anything mentioned.

For sealant, what would be better of the two for an IP? Merzerna FMJ or Jet Seal 109
Wax - Not highly expensive, best wax for an average price. IP.
Any other steps for detailing i might of miss? Thanks for the help

Glazes conceal imperfection by filling them with a solution that as a similar reflective index as ur clear coat. Mezerna FTG is good and it is what I use. Of course you can apply a glaze on ur car.
