Very nice job, similar situation happened to me, got my car washed and waxed, not to those standards, and told the dealer not to wash it. Came back and they "washed" it, and left a huge dirt streak down the hood even after telling them not to wash it in the first place. I can tell they took some of the wax off in there washing, and I'm now just waiting for the rain this weekend to come and go and its back for another detail. I swear it's just Infiniti, multiple Audi Dealers washed my car when I owned one, and they never gave me back a car with such crappy results.

Wow- that looks awesome. My black G looks as bad as the M does right now (something about snow, salt and sand all winter long and some dealership wash jobs...) I'm taking it to a professional who ran the process by me and said it would take 6-8 hours for a complete job. I am hoping for results as good as what you achieved up above. Nice work!
Thanks Heat!
Phil, I am humbled by your kind words. That means alot coming from a detailer of your caliber.
Thank you!
