Very nice job, similar situation happened to me, got my car washed and waxed, not to those standards, and told the dealer not to wash it. Came back and they "washed" it, and left a huge dirt streak down the hood even after telling them not to wash it in the first place. I can tell they took some of the wax off in there washing, and I'm now just waiting for the rain this weekend to come and go and its back for another detail. I swear it's just Infiniti, multiple Audi Dealers washed my car when I owned one, and they never gave me back a car with such crappy results.

Thank you! Took me 15 hours to do this one.

Phil, I am humbled by your kind words. That means alot coming from a detailer of your caliber.

Thank you! Not just your dealer, I have watched in horror as a wash guy at a Porsche dealer took a brush on a stick to the paint of a new 911.
