Washing after just installing tint ok?

I plan on getting tint on my car on a Saturday, and then doing a full wash, clay, wax on Sunday. I'm just wondering if this will have any effect on the tint since you shouldn't disturb the tint for about 3 days after putting it on.

As long as you don't roll down your window then I don't see a problem; tints are on the inside and washing your car is on the outside.

i wont recommend it though, the heat from the dryers may affect the unset glue.

Plan on getting the tint done early in the morning and leaving it in the sun all day to dry, then it shouldn't matter what you do on Sunday. Tint only takes a few hours to dry and I've rolled my windows down same day never experienced any problems. Stay away from using window cleaner on the interior for a few days.

Our G's windows automatically roll down a slight amount during opening and closing, but there's a bypass for that. You might want to consider using it to avoid ruining the lower edge of your tint. I think the doors can be shut, just with more car as I believe it's only to help with pressure inside the cabin.

3 day rule is not needed... 36hrs without rolling them is playing it of the safe side...

When I got my tints the automating movement of the windows when the door is opened or closed had no effect on my tints at all.
