Is it worth it

Is it worth buying a paint glaze (like Meguiars) to conceal swirls and scratches(light)? I use eagle one Nanowax paste which supposedly has fillers. Will I be bale to notice a difference?

The best approach would be to use an abrasive polish and remove the swirls... I personally like Menzerna PO106ff to remove light swirls. For moderate to heavy you may want to step up to the Menzerna IP.

I still like glazes though, but you must remember they are temporary. My favorite glaze is Menzerna Finishing Touch Glaze.

Don't waste your time on the Meguiars stuff... You won't be happy.

I recently used that glaze on my car. it gets pretty shiny but doesnt remove the swirls. i still see them REAL close. I guess polishing is the best solution.

EZ Creme Glaze (from Chemical Guys) is a good filler/gloss glaze. Detailed Image sells it.

I mean nothing beats a properly polished surface, but a good glaze, will add pop to the color though. A lot of the high end waxes (zymol, swissvax, dodo juice etc) recommend the use of a pre wax cleanser, which is nothing more than a cleaning/filler/gloss glaze.

Completely agree with your post. Removing > Hiding imperfections.

perfecting > hiding. Although CG's Wet Mirror Finish is more of a gloss enhancer than a filler, as I believe it has no filler resins.

That's the thing tho, you will never get your paint absolutely perfect. That's where the glaze comes in. I use poor boys black hole and I am pleased with the results.
