George and TerribleONE453 Thank you both for your advice. I will read up on how to polish my G. I am embarrassed to say I have never polished a car before
...but this is the time to learn

Don't be embarrassed, you're going to enjoy the polishing process. You'll see a better finish out of your paint by properly polishing your paint compared to choosing a different wax. Here's a link to our polishing how-to. Polishing is done best with a quality buffer, such as the Porter Cable 7424 or Flex XC 3401 VRG. I'd recommend pairing one up a couple Menzerna polishes and you'll find a completely new finish for your G. After polishing be sure to protect your paint with a sealant or wax so you can easily maintain your new paint.

If you have any questions on anything, please do not hesitate to ask.

Cheers,

George

George: I went to order some products from Detailed Image for the first time. When I went to check out, a page popped up that said I had an error with my SQL syntax. I do not know how to fix that but that is standing between me and your products.

Also, how and when do we apply the 10offG37 when we are ordering.
Thanks for any help.

Ben,

Give it a shot again. I've been in the database all day and pending on the traffic at the time you tried to check out it may have caused the error. I also reset the MySQL server, so hopefully that will help. Let me know if you still have any problems.

As you click the Checkout button, when you enter your billing information there's a spot for a Coupon Code, simply enter the 10offG37 there and click on Redeem.

If you have any other questions, let me know. Thanks for the support!

George

I had a lot of problems with their webpage the other day also. I could never complete an order. That was with firefox. I tried it with safari and I had no problems. I just tried again and can not use the page more then 1 minute with firefox without having problems.

Hello, again, George:
I hope that there is a way for me to complete orders without having to download safari on my PC
Try to talk me through the check out process if you can---this MYSQL stuff is over my head---I could order over the phone, but I sure like the internet------
Look forward to feedback on this process.
Thanks vrquick for your reply. It helps to find I am not the only one with a problem.

Ben,

Thanks for the update. I'll pass all this info on to our programmers and see if we can track down any issues on our site. We've been getting orders all weekend, so it must be hit or miss or a problem with a specific version of Firefox, etc. I apologize for the inconvenience.

George

We found the issue you were having BenDriver. The syntax error was due to the apostrophe in the city, Lee's Summit. We changed it to accept that and you should have no problems checking out with our site. Let me know if you have any more problems checking out. Thanks again for the support and patience.

Cheers,

George

I was able to check out. Thanks George---I am going to try out a couple products at this time, and no doubt will be ordering more when I see how the great the products work. I appreciate your efforts to sort out the ordering logistics.
